I was a little skeptical about buying eyeglass frames online especially at a discounted price. Also, there is another website with similar name that has very bad reviews. But I was happily surprised with what I purchased from EZContacts.com. I purchased Ray-Bans, and it took about a week to arrive via USPS. But I ordered the wrong size (my fault). I was able to return with no problems (did have to pay for return shipping) and was able to purchase the right size -- again took almost a week to receive.
One comment is customer support is only available M-F, 8-5 Eastern Time and two times that I tried calling during that time was a wait and eventually selected a call-back that did not happen. BUT customer support was more supportive by email and easy to get things done. I did not try text or chat.
