Happily surprised with product and customer support.
I was a little skeptical about buying eyeglass frames online especially at a discounted price. Also, there is another website with similar name that has very bad reviews. But I was happily surprised with what I purchased from EZContacts.com. I purchased Ray-Bans, and it took about a week to arrive via USPS. But I ordered the wrong size (my fault). I was able to return with no problems (did have to pay for return shipping) and was able to purchase the right size -- again took almost a week to receive.
One comment is customer support is only available M-F, 8-5 Eastern Time and two times that I tried calling during that time was a wait and eventually selected a call-back that did not happen. BUT customer support was more supportive by email and easy to get things done. I did not try text or chat.

Frames, Lenses, AR Coating...Perfect! A+
First time ordering glasses online and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. Authentic Ray-Bans and the matte black looks so good! I was nervous but they turned out way better than I expecteded. My prescription was perfect and the Crizal Sapphire coating is legit, in fact they did a better job with the coating than the ones I got from my eye doctor. Super impressed and I'm already looking for more frames to buy from here. I spent less without using my insurance than I did at my regular place with insurance and those were generic frames...A+ all around, definitely recommend these frames and this site.

the glasses were a little big(wide) on my face & feel very flimsy & kind of cheap if im being honest .. the blue light lenses are a bit distracting being that i can see blue all in the corner of the lenses. i haven't had this problem with any other glasses i've ordered. so i will be returning them. other than that great shipping speed i ordered on a monday or tuesday & got them friday. would order again just different frames.

Premium product and great customer service
Excellent price, fast delivery, and amazing frame/prescription lens pair. I am never buying retail anymore. Only regret is that I didn't know this site sooner. Would have saved me bunch of money and headaches. Good job!

Love them!
This was my first time purchasing from here and it was super easy! I already own the transparent blue so I got the matte brown. Love them! These frames are super light, unlike the Warby Parker glasses I’ve gotten before. I wear no line progressives and my glasses are spot on. I was nervous about this but they came out great!
