The box has 6 lenses in it and yes if both your eyes are the same rx and you are using the one box yes would only last three months my son has two different rx for each eye so his box lasts him 6 months. Hope this makes sense.
There are 6 lenses per box with the same strength. So only if you wear the same prescription in your right and left eye you can order just 1 box.
Those are monthly disposable contacts so 1 box will last for 6 months.
Different base curves and diameters will sit differently on your eyes. If your eye doctor gave you a trial pair of these lenses and they have felt fine in your eyes for a few weeks, then it would be ok to order them. Don't purchase lenses that you haven't tried wearing for a while though or they might not feel comfortable on your eye and your vision might not be as clear. I ordered these lenses and ended up not using them because I needed a lens to help my astigmatism.

Do you mean continuously, or before using a new pair?
The recommendation is to remove them every night, which I normally do. I have worn them for 2 days very occasionally without a problem. I have dry eyes, so i try to be careful about keeping the contacts moist.
I dispose of the contacts at the beginning of each month, and use a new pair.
