I’m happy with the product but not so much with the shipping and lack of communication from EZ Contacts. If you are having problems with your suppliers and distribution then you should at least let your customers know that there will be a delay in delivering their contacts. For those of us who need contacts to see (yes that’s sarcasm), a delayed delivery is more than just an inconvenience.
I highly recommend this product. These are the most comfortable contacts I have ever used. I was having trouble with other types and had almost given up on contacts altogether. However, these saved me from going back to glasses.
Still having a hard time putting them on but once they are in, you can’t feel them at all. This is my first time using contacts and Inassume that the on and off evolution will get easier . As far as wearing them , super happy.
I've had contacts for 35 years. These are the most comfortable I have ever worn. The distance vision beyond about 3 feet is AMAZINGLY sharp and crisp. My only problem with them is close up vision from 3 ft and closer. I have not yet found a prescription that gives me the clarity for that. But the contacts themselves are terrific. They are very thin so they are harder to get out. I sometimes have to use a mirror to take them out. But after a few days you get used to the technique of how to catch the edge to get them out.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with ordering on line and over the phone!! Originally placed my contact lens order on the 17th of Dec. when they sent me via email confirming my order I noticed I order the wrong lens (needed dailies total 1 multifocal) and it was just the Dailies. Called (waited on hold for over 30mins) to change order only to find out they only came in 90 day boxes per eye. Spoke with rep and she said she would call me the next day to see if I can purchase 30 day per eye.. waited, waited No return call so I waited on hold Again for 25 mins and once again she said she'll check for me ... yup no call back.. called again a few days later to see what they found out and insisted to be on hold to get an answer and finally she said yes they can and it should be available on line by the end of the day and I can reorder. Nope not the case Long story but it is now Jan 7th and no contacts, No samples to get me thru NYE, that's laughable, on thurs morning called again I was PROMISED MY LENS WILL BE SENT TO ME NEXT DAY AIR and still NOTHING it's Saturday now. But they quickly took my money out on the 17th and tried to speak with someone and they are closed Sat & Sun!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had when ordering on line and I will never use them again!! I want a full refund for this AWFUL EXPERIENCE And don't believe them when they claim that they check and verify all orders before they ship, they Do Not because the supposedly sent me my lens but it was the same prescription for both eyes !!! Which if they checked my Dr's Prescription it's different for each eye & they told me I ordered them that way.... Seriously The worst !!! Edit ABOUT
