When you shop at EZContacts, delivery times can vary. They largely depend on the type of eyewear you choose and the time you place your order:
- Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: Check the product page of your preferred frames to see if they are in stock. If they are, you will see a green checked box above the product name indicating “in stock.” When ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, in-stock items are shipped the same business day.
Frames with custom or prescription lenses are prepared in our state-of-the-art lab and will be ready for shipping as quickly as possible. Timing varies by lens requirements. Contact our friendly customer service team to find out more about the lead times of your custom order.
Note that some products can take 1–2 business days to reach our warehouse. - Contact Lenses: Contact lenses go through an RX verification process. If all goes well, contacts are typically shipped within one business day of verification. If there is a problem, we’ll contact you for updated information.
