As an open-access provider, we are not in-network but we can utilize your insurance benefits/coverage. We can verify your eligibility for out of network coverage. No worries about forms and proper paperwork; leave it all to us. Once your order is processed we will submit the claim for you with your insurance company for the out-of-network benefits you are entitled to. It's that simple. Contact us for further assistance!
