If the product isn’t currently in stock, it may take longer to get to you. So, if you’re on a tight deadline and want to buy an out-of-stock item, the best thing to do is contact the customer service team. They can give you an estimate of your product’s shipping time.
In-stock products may be shipped the same day if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. EST. However, if you need custom or prescription lenses, it might take a bit longer. Prescription lenses are made to order in our optical lab. Shipping times will vary depending on how complex the lenses are.
If you’re ordering contact lenses, avoid potential delays by ensuring you upload your prescription properly. The prescription has to go through an Rx verification process.
