• Order delays happen occasionally, but if we realize there is an issue because of credit card verification or availability, we’ll contact you via email within 24 hours.

Eyeglasses, Sunglasses & Custom Frames 

• Double-check the product page of your chosen frames to see if they’re in stock. If they are, you should see a green checked box saying “in stock” above the product name. When ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, in-stock items are shipped on the same business day.
