We will contact your doctor or store to confirm your contact lens prescription. The prescriber has 8 business hours to respond otherwise we are allowed to automatically approve your contact lens order as you entered it.

I will Email My Prescription

If you have a current prescription that clearly states the prescriber's information (doctor or store) and it is not expired then you can email it to us. If we have any questions about the prescription we will contact your prescriber directly. Federal law requires prescribers to respond within 8 business hours or we are allowed to automatically approve your contact lens order as you entered it.

Upload my Prescription Now

If you have a current prescription that clearly states the prescriber's information (doctor or store) and it is not expired then you can upload a photo or file to us. If we have any questions about the prescription we will contact your prescriber directly.
